Dr. Anna Banc-Husu is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition, and Department of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston Texas. She completed her residency in pediatrics at CHOP and both her pediatric GI and transplant hepatology fellowship at Northwestern University, Ann & Robert H. Lure Children’s Hospital of Chicago. As a transplant hepatologist, she focuses her clinical time taking care of critically ill children with liver disease in the ICU and has developed expertise and a research focus on acute-on-chronic liver failure in pediatrics.
