Catalina Jaramillo, MD, MSCI, is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine and a Pediatric Hepatologist at the Liver Transplant Center at Primary Children’s Hospital. She also serves as a member of the SPLIT Education Committee. Her research interest is in cholestatic conditions. Notably, her current work explores the use of artificial intelligence-based tools to enhance Alagille Syndrome diagnostic precision, uncover ‘silent’, undiagnosed cases, and advance the understanding of Alagille Syndrome familiality.
