Stacee M. Lerret, PhD, RN, CPNP-AC/PC, CCTC, FAAN is a Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin and a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at Children’s Wisconsin. She has over two decades of clinical experience caring for children with complex chronic conditions, particularly those undergoing liver transplantation. Dr. Lerret’s NIH funded program of research focuses on improving outcomes for pediatric transplant recipients and their families, with an emphasis on caregiver education, family self-management, and transitions from hospital to home. She has served in national leadership roles in transplantation, including a member of the UNOS Board of Directors. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and has received numerous awards recognizing her contributions to research, education, and clinical care.
